I just placed an order; when will it ship?

Please allow 1-2 days for process your order. We will notify you by email when your order has shipped. We will also provide you with a tracking number for the shipment.  Average shipping times are 3-5 business days, excluding holidays.

I am not in love with my order; can it be returned? 

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 15 days to send it back to us for a full refund. For  change in mind or exchange, you must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase.

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order before it has been processed. If the order has been processed, you must wait until you receive the item. When you have received the item, please follow the instructions that are outlined in our refund and exchange policy. 

I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect shipping address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the shipping address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at customerservice@especiallykitchens.com If the given shipping address is wrong, we can change the shipping address to the correct one within 24 hours of the order being placed. We are unable to make changes to the address on the order after the order has been processed. 

How long does shipping take?
The average shipping time is 3–5 business days. Longer shipping times may apply for some products.
