I just placed an order; when will it ship?

Please allow 1-2 days for process your order. We will notify you by email when your order has shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it typically takes 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday) for your package to arrive. Please note that transit times may vary depending on location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier delays.

What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days for a full refund or exchange. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order before it has been processed. If the order has been processed, you must wait until you receive the item. When you have received the item, please follow the instructions that are outlined in our refund policy. 

I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect shipping address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the shipping address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at customerservice@especiallykitchens.com If the given shipping address is wrong, we can change the shipping address to the correct one within 24 hours of the order being placed. We are unable to make changes to the address on the order after the order has been processed. 

I have a question that wasn't answered; can you please help?
