Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Especially Kitchens but understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. To ensure a smooth return process, we offer a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15-day from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and have all tags and packaging intact. In addition, you must provide proof of purchase receipt or an order confirmation.
To initiate a return, please contact us at customersupport@especiallykitchens.com. Please note that if you send the item back to us without contacting us first, we cannot process your return.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it is in its original condition. If everything is okay, we will refund your original payment method within 5 business days.
I want to cancel my order. Is that possible?
You can cancel an order as long as it has not yet been sent to our warehouse for picking and packing. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If the item has left our warehouse, please wait until it arrives before organizing a return. Please note that once the order has left our warehouse, shipping costs will no longer be reimbursed. You must pay for return shipping yourself, and there are no restocking costs.
Damage and problems:
We attach great importance to ensuring your items are packaged and shipped safely. However, sometimes accidents occur during transportation. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customersupport@especiallykitchens.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If you receive the wrong item, please let us know, and we will correct the item.
Exceptions and non-returnable items:
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made products
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Products that are not in their original condition
If we determine that the product that has been returned to us meets an ineligible return criterion, the return will not be processed. We will notify you by email that your return was not accepted.
Exchange:
If you would like to exchange an item for another product, we recommend that you return the item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive the item quickly and without delays.
Return shipping fee:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning a product for a change of mind or exchange.
However, the company will be responsible for shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund you to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card issuer, the refund can sometimes take several days to appear in your account. If your return is not approved, we will contact you to explain the reason and discuss possible options.
