Shipping policy
At Especially Kitchens, we strive to ensure that our customers receive their orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our products ship only within the United States. Please take a moment to review our shipping policies:
Shipping processing time:
We strive to process your order as quickly as possible. After payment confirmation, orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday). However, please note that processing time may be longer during peak seasons or public holidays.
Transit time:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, it typically takes 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday) for your package to arrive. Please note that transit times may vary depending on location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier delays.
Order Cut-Of Time:
Order cut-off time is 2:00 p.m. (CST).
Shipping fee:
Shipping fees are calculated by each carrier and are based on the weight of the product(s) ordered and the order's final destination. Shipping options for your order are provided after entering the ship to address for your order on the order page. Free standard shipping is offered for orders totaling $100 or more. Please note that the order amount must be at least $100 prior to shipping fees and applicable sales tax to qualify for free standard shipping.
How is it shipped?
We mainly use UPS, and USPS to ship your orders. Your order will be handled in our facilities before being fully completed by the shipping provider.
You'll receive a tracking number within 24 hours to track your order's progress. If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of your order, please contact us at customersupport@especiallykitchens.com.
Undeliverable packages:
In the event that a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to reship the package.
